MUSIC IN THE PARK
Music in the Park loved by manyOur second Music in the Park event was well attended and enjoyed by all. Coromandel Park is a lovely venue and the shade was much welcomed as it was a very warm afternoon. Music was provided by a Spanish Flamenco Guitarist for the first hour followed by Blackbird Duo for two hours. Face painting and giant games were popular with the children. PCCA acknowledges and thanks the 15 or so local residents volunteering their time to work on our Events Committee with the support of Frasers and grants from the City of Cockburn. Long Table Event - February 2025 (Planned to submit grant CoC)The weather is most settled at this time. It is suggested this could be paired with some entertainment (music or other activity).
Clean-up Day – May 2025 (Sponsored by Volunteers WA and Lotterywest)Clean up day could partner with dive club clean up and some broader community waste management strategies and initiatives.
